Definitely not for exterior photo shoots. As long as the photographer has a way of entering the home you do not need to be there. That may be a one day code, a combo box or the homeowner.

All invoicing is done at the time the photo's are delivered. A PayPal link to the invoice will be provided along with a link to download the photographs (via Dropbox). You can either pay online through PayPal or drop a check in the mail (billing address will be on the invoice).

Your photographs will be ready and delivered within 24 hours from when the appointment was made. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours please check your spam or junk mail folders as correspondence may have ended up there.

While we try our best to make your listing look the best, there are moments when the images may miss their mark. There may be some challenging lighting situations that make the colors seem a little "off" or the weather was not agreeing with the look and feel you wanted. Not to worry as we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the photographs we provide and we cannot make the image adjustments you are looking for we will either re-shoot or waive the cost for images. Our goal is to make you and your clients happy with the photographs we capture. If you are not happy please let us know so we can make amends asap.
