I'm Annie Richardson, a counsellor, somatic practitioner and Human Design and Gene Keys educator.
My work is grounded in curiosity about what makes us who we are, the patterns we carry, the stories we've inherited and the ways our bodies often know things long before our minds catch up.
I work across counselling, somatic practice, Human Design and Gene Keys, not as separate ways of understanding ourselves, but as different lenses through which we can become curious about our experience.
Sometimes our work begins with something that hurts. Sometimes with a question. Sometimes with a Human Design chart and the simple curiosity of is this actually true for me?
I'm less interested in giving you another system to follow and much more interested in helping you recognise what is already there.
Sacred Sound Immersion $90 - $150
These sessions help you heal, recover and feel a whole lot better with the release of fear, stress, and grief. They also help release stuck emotions (energy in motion) and earth the body into relaxation and expansion almost instantly.
I use a combination of Colour Therapy, Gongs, Drums, Chimes, and percussion instruments, plus my large range of exquisite alchemy crystal bowls.
These treatments are set up in a cave-like private healing room here in my studio - Petrie.
