Daniel is kind and caring with a great team behind him. Have been a patient for over 2 years now and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. As well as given a professional opinion, he also gives his honest opinion which I respect him for as he has done amazing work on my teeth. Everyone in the centre are warm, welcoming and very acommodating.
Wouldn't change my dentist for the world!

Yes, we have 0% finance over 18 months and an interest-bearing finance over a longer term. Finance applications are subject to status. We cannot guarantee a finance application will be approved.
Our finance company is Tabeo, and they do a "soft check" first so applying to check acceptance won't affect your credit score.
Since each case needs to be assessed on its own merits, alternatives will be discussed during your visit to see us.
As with any cosmetic treatment, one alternative is to have no treatment. However, in some instances, doing no treatment can mean things like tooth wear or erosion or abrasion damage, or tooth decay or gum disease get worse.
Composite is a versatile material, and often a great choice for building and enhancing the look of teeth. One alternative is to use Ceramic. Ceramic can be used as crowns or veneers, or bridgework.
Ceramic work often involves more work, including more removal of tooth tissue to accommodate the ceramic work.
Ceramic crowns are quite invasive and better used in cases where there has been work done already to teeth, eg. large fillings, root-filled teeth.
Ceramic veneers are less invasive, and can be done with minimal preparation in a lot of cases. However they can often still be more invasive than composite veneers. Ceramic veneers look really good, and can last well, but they are more at risk of fractures and are more difficult to repair. Ceramic veneers often require more involved diagnostic planning to minimise the chance of breakages.
Ceramic crowns/veneers cost from £800/tooth
Obviously each case is different. It is important to plan your smile journey in advance and to book on as earliest as possible to help with this.
Most treatments begin in about a month depending on appointment availability. Popular times do get booked up quickly.
Most Aligner treatments range from 3 months to about 8months depending on the complexity of the case.
Whitening treatments take about a month.
Composite Bonding is only done after a 2 week break from whitening teeth. Then the Bonding is often done in one visit; however we always book follow up visits to see how you are getting on and to finish any areas not fully completed. Sometimes for more complex cases or cases with lots of teeth requiring bonding we will need several appointments.
Can I have Composite Bonding?
We use a range of composites to best suit each person and tooth: from sonicfills to microfills, nanofills and microhybrids, from superbright to regular shades. Composites are great for cosmetic and functional fillings, as well as a great material for managing tooth wear cases too. To best find out suitability, we suggest a consultation with us.
Do I need braces before Composite Bonding?
Often Composite Bonding alone works, but each case is different and sometimes we cannot offer Composite Bonding without alignment first, with either braces or Invisalign.
How many appointments are needed?
Often 1 visit for the bonding. Usually no injections. Often no drilling into teeth and instead just mild contouring. Follow up appointments recommended for tweaks and repairs following main appointment.
Please note we cannot carry out Composite Bonding if your gum health is not adequate enough. Dental hygienist visits will be recommended to help with your gum health if needed.
I want to whiten my teeth first
Often WHITENING is done before, and this takes ~1 month. Following whitening, we need to wait 2 weeks before Composite Bonding can be done.
How long does it last?
Usually lasts 3+ years. Guaranteed for 2 years if you're a member of our dental plan in most cases. Otherwise guaranteed for 12 months. Usually small repairs or simple replacements are required. After about 3 to 6 years then full replacements or alternative treatment may be suitable.
How can I best look after my Composite Bonding?
A protective appliance may be recommended to help prevent damage, and improve longevity.
Regular check ups with us and regular hygiene visits will help. Maintain best by polishing ~once or twice a year with our hygienist. And Whitening Top-Ups help to keep them looking their best.
Our dental plan members have 2 check ups a year and 2 hygiene sessions a year and free Whitening Top-Up at every hygiene visit.
The system includes a digital scan of your teeth, which allows for the fabrication of premium quality whitening trays to complement our premium quality whitening gel.
You have the choice of going for a 4 gel kit, or an 8 gel kit. Additional kits can be purchased from Bury Dental Centre only once you have begun treatment with us.
You also have the choice of going for either Day whitening, which means 1 hour wear of the trays; or the Night whitening, which means overnight wear of the trays.

If pregnant or breast feeding, we cannot do teeth whitening.
Teeth Whitening does not whiten crowns or bridges, or implants, or fillings, or dentures.
Therefore you must consider whether starting a course of whitening would mean other areas of dental work may be needed after.
Whitening can cause transient sensitivity, and most people manage with this, however, only a few will find that their teeth are too sensitive to whiten. We cannot make any refunds if you cannot whiten your teeth because of sensitivity.
Whitening gel that gets on the gum area can irritate the gum and cause redness of the gum and sometimes even whitening of the gum area. This is transient, and goes after about a day. The dosing dot, and following the advised instructions of use will help prevent this.
Please note if you have white speckles on your teeth from fluorosis or from hypoplasia of enamel, these areas can show up more after whitening.
On your appointment, you will be greeted by one of the team at Bury Dental Centre who will help you with the procedure.
You will get a 3D digital scan of your teeth and your whitening trays will be ordered.
We then we will call you when they are ready to be fitted and guide you through how to whiten your teeth,
You can choose whether you want to have Day Whitening and Night Whitening, and we can help you make a good decision as to which to choose to suit you.
Please note we can never guarantee a result, and additional top-ups will be charged. However there is no better way than to whiten your teeth with professional tray whitening.
See offers for the 8 kit whitening, for even better value in Boutique Whitening.
We always aim to make you happy, and we have hundreds of happy patients with Boutique Whitening; we also use the best in techniques when it comes to digital scanning, and use of bespoke trays, and as one of the biggest providers of whitening, we have learnt how to deliver quality in results in our protocol, and service in looking after you.
However we can never guarantee a result with whitening.
It is very rare for there to be no result, however a few cases may need extra whitening gels, and may take longer to whiten.
Extra whitening gel can be supplied at additional cost. Often in cases of tooth wear or in older patients, whitening may not be as effective, however this may not always be the case and often we still get great results in these difficult cases.
In severe cases of tetracycline staining, sometimes whitening can take months, and even after that, supplemental treatments may be indicated.
After a course of whitening, we can review your results and see if any further treatment is recommended.
In cases where we do Composite Bonding after whitening, we can match or even enhance the whitening result.
We use a range of high quality composite resin materials and we also stock the whitest of composite resin materials available, these include the superbright range.
Note we also have aesthetic and natural looking composites too. And we aim to get the result that's right for you.
We do not use a shade guide to measure whitening, as these are inaccurate and subjective. Instead we use photography and artistic judgment as well as feedback to help gauge what is right for you.
Choose a set time everyday, this can help with consistency.
Brush your teeth with a sensitive toothpaste and Floss before whitening.
Only use a small amount of gel for each tooth you want to whiten (half a grain of rice).
Don't use gel on your back teeth where no one can see, use on front surface of teeth.
Use only light pressure on the gel syringes, and keep the tip close to the tray.
Do not eat or drink while you have your trays in.
"Day" whitening - just wear the trays for 1 - 2 hours.
"Night" whitening - wear the trays overnight while you sleep.
After whitening, rinse your mouth, and rinse the whitening trays with cold water.
Store the trays in your box.
Store the whitening gels somewhere cold and dry and away from children.
If sensitive, you can skip a day, but try to be as consistent as possible.
If sensitive, you can try squeezing a little sensitive toothpaste in the whitening trays and wear this for 30 mins ( I personally do this after my whitening, but it can make the trays a bit messy).
Reduce tea, coffee, curries, red wine, and smoking, a good way to help you give up.
Don't expect instant results, some people notice immediate change, some take a week or 2.
Have realistic expectations.
Different lighting and your own perception of the whitening can be difficult to judge so trust the process and keep at it.
Come back for review where we can compare photos.
We can't guarantee results, but there's no better way of whitening your teeth than professional tooth whitening with gels and trays.
If you have had whitening with us or have purchased whitening before, you can still enter for a chance to win the prizes. However you will not get a refund on your treatment, instead, if you do win, you may get an additional kit of whitening depending on the terms of the competition. Good luck.
