BUSINESS RESEARCH and general "Help! I have a question that needs answered!" is what I love to do. My marketing and engineering background come in handy when I do market or industry research for manufacturing firms and engineering teams. I am often asked to compile information from various sources into an understandable format. Examples of research include:

Compile a list of Assisted Living Facilities and Private Care Homes in specific 7 counties in Pennsylvania...the final report includes all information available about each facility including phone number, license and type of license, ownership, # of rooms, # of patients, # of employees, and more if the information is available. 

New product designed by company in Germany, retrofits to a specific type of automated conveyance system in manufacturing - will it sell in the midwest and which companies should the sales team focus on first? Final report showed 20 companies in Ohio and Indiana with profiles of each that provide the sales team with enough information to have quality conversations with the ideal contact.

Serial entrepreneur wants to enter into the cryptocurrency market as a resource for education and information, so needs an eBook researched and written to be used as a lead magnet. It must be original and compelling. Final result: eBook that educates and informs with links inside for upsells for a service. Client reports an 80% conversion rate to upsell.
