Who I coach: I coach highly-motivated people and teams undergoing periods of transformation and realignment. My clients are at every stage of their careers, and I specialize in working with staff from the global social impact and tech sectors. I work 1:1 and in groups of up to 10.
How I coach: I support you to achieve your goals by creating a safe space for curiously exploring and disarming the inner critic voices, while deepening authentic connection to self and others. I hold my clients in the utmost positive regard -- I know they already have all of the answers they are seeking. I listen attentively and I ask empowering questions to enable them to come to the answers on their own, and to commit to actions forwarding their progress.
Why I coach: Coaching has helped me so much in my own life: to advance in my career, to navigate courageous conversations with colleagues and supervisors, to show up authentically myself, and to create fulfilling relationships. I've seen its impact on those I work with, too. People I coach are more confident, motivated, self-aware, and able to balance work and non-work priorities.
Who am I? White, cisgender, pronouns she/her/hers. I'm a Gemini, an extroverted sensor and an introverted thinker. I was born in Seattle. I have lived and worked on four continents, and now call Oakland, CA home. I play and coach volleyball. I recently learned about the magic that is Pilates. Last year I co-founded a non-profit Quantum Impact that supports advancement of historically underrepresented groups within the global social impact sector through coaching, training, research, and advocacy. I also volunteer as a coach with The Coaching Fellowship. I am a certified professional coach from the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and an Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner. I hold a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from American University.
