About Me

I have worked in the people helping industry for 19 years and helped over 5000 people to live a better life. 

My passion for helping people led me to university to better understand how to help people. I came out of university with a Master of Counselling and a graduate Certificate in Couples Counselling. 

In 2014 I learnt another way to help people by earning a Professional Coaching qualification.

Currently I have the highest levels of membership with the two peak counselling associations in Australia (PACFA & ACA) and have PCC level membership with the International Coach Federation.
