Small Claims - 1st floor window 3. 

Landlord Tenant - 2nd floor window 2. 

- Completed documents/forms for filing - 2 Copies
- Photo ID
- Self-addressed stamped envelopes (if applicable)
- Form of payment or fee waiver
- Forms of payments accepted are Credit Cards, Money Orders, Checks, and Cash

(NOTE: All forms and/or documents must be fully completed, signed and dated.)

- Proof of Service
- Fee Waivers
- Writs
- Abstracts
- Clerk’s Judgments
- Judgment Payments to the Court. 

Forms/packets can be purchased at the Small Claims clerk’s office located on the 1st floor or 2nd floor clerk’s office at the Fontana Courthouse.

Self-Help Resource Center located on the 2nd floor at the Fontana Courthouse. 

Clerical staff are not permitted to provide legal advice or fill out forms for customers.

You can schedule an appointment to complete an unlimited number of documents being filed during your allotted time.

If you are late to your appointment, you will continue to have the remaining amount of your appointment that has been scheduled.

(For example: If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment, you will only have 10 minutes available of your allotted time to complete your filings)

Or, you can make another appointment for another date and time.

Please indicate on the comment area when you are scheduling your appointment that you need language assistance in Spanish for your appointment. 

At this time, if you need language assistance other than Spanish, please make arrangements to bring a person that can assist you during your appointment.

Please indicate in the comment area when scheduling your appointment, if ADA  accommodations will be needed.
