- Self-addressed stamped envelopes (if applicable) 
- Forms of payments accepted are Credit Cards, Money Orders, Checks, and Cash

- Scheduled the following requested hearings, motions, arraignments, not guilty plea, parking appeals, and identity theft.
- Show proof of correction for Registration, Insurance, or Citations verified by Law Enforcement as corrected.
- Sign up for traffic school
- Set up a payment plan
- Make a payment

You can schedule an appointment to complete an unlimited number of documents being filed during your allotted time.

If you are late to your appointment, you will continue to have the remaining amount of your appointment that has been scheduled.

(For example: If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment, you will only have 10 minutes available of your allotted time to complete your filings)

Or, you can make another appointment for another date and time.

Forms/packets can be purchased at the Small Claims clerk’s office located on the 1st floor or 2nd floor clerk’s office at the Fontana Courthouse.
