How long are the sessions?

Sessions are between 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

You are welcome to take notes.  A recording link will be sent to you shortly after the session so that you will have access to the conversation and the therapeutic work.

This varies in each situation.  It really depend on the work that is being done.  Most people feel a great sense of happiness and well-being after the session.  Some feel deeply quiet and relaxed and some react with a boost of energy.  The best idea is to just allow whatever emotions present to simply honour the feelings and not attach any shame, blame or self-persecution.  A time of allowing and relaxing is essential after each session.  Be gentle with you for a while.  You deserve it!

For sessions over Zoom, you will receive a link to join the Zoom Room chat. If you have never worked with Zoom, you will need to download the Zoom app on your mobile device, if you plan to use your phone, or if you are using your laptop then you will download Zoom to your computer first. 
 
* You will require Wi-Fi and a good signal.  
*  It is a good idea to find a safe, quiet place where you will not be interupted.
*  Some people like to just relax in a chair and some like to get comfy with a pile of cushions.  Take care of you.
*  Please bring water to drink to each session.
*  Wear comfortable clothes so that you can feel relaxed.

This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.

Life happens and being flexible is part of our journey.  I respect your time and will endeavour to honour your booking.  I will only ask for a change in booking if there is an unforeseen situation.  Living in South Africa we experience power outages from time to time.  If this is the case, we will reshedule as soon as we can.
