A boundary reset and nervous-system-friendly ritual for cutting the noise and reclaiming your inbox (and attention).

Full Inbox. Who ‘Dis?

You’re invited to a collective inbox cleanse.

No productivity hacks or inbox-zero bragging rights. Just clearing the digital clutter with a machete and clear intention.

How many times have you opened your inbox, scrolled through, and thought:

“How did it get this bad? I need to unsubscribe from like half of this crap!”

…only to close the tab or app and tell yourself you’ll get around to it later?

Well, later has arrived.

This is a two-hour, facilitated space to unsubscribe from what’s draining you.

We’ll start with emails — but expectations, narratives, and systems that no longer honor your time, attention, or nervous system may also end up on the chopping block. (You’ve been warned.)

And we’ll do it together. With music, humor, and a small but potent sprinkle of intention.

What to Expect

Two hours. On Zoom. With a bangin’ soundtrack.

Guided check-in + intention setting (aka, start with a clear north star, not just random slashing)
Structured unsubscribe time (yes, actually unsubscribing while we’re on the call)
And a closing integration to help the changes stick

You’ll Leave With

A noticeably quieter inbox
Clearer boundaries around your attention
And a felt sense of relief (not just another idea you never implement #nojudging)

A replay will be provided if you can’t attend live. But I recommend not saving this for later. Because… you know.

Who This Is For

This space is for you if:

You feel like crying every time you check your inbox
“Trying to keep up” is burning you out
You want to stop leaking your precious time and attention every time you log on

This is not a marketing workshop, productivity seminar, or performance space. Just real people, with real lives, who want to breathe a little easier in their digital worlds.
