Group SOP & ESSE session

2 hours 30 minutes
Would you like to have the energy of magic and miracles? What would it be like to change the energy for your whole family, or group of friends? Let's get together (small groups) in the safe and fun atmosphere of your home or private venue and gracefully change what isn't working for you.
A Symphony session (Symphony Of Possibilities) is a way to pull in new frequencies, access the packets of energy already in your field, & assist you in the joy of actualization.
I can do group & individual energy sessions in person but distance work is also an option for the Symphony of Possibilities.
ESSE (Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment) is designed to create changes in the structure and form of the body resulting in an ease with movement, function and the energetic body systems. Scientific research illustrates that the fascial system responds to a question. The tools of Access Consciousness™ invite you to be in the question in all aspects of your life and your body. This process is only available in person. I will need to gently touch each person on the hands, feet or head to activate the fascia softening response.
Relax into releasing what was stuck, and aligning with new possibilities. We will create something unique with the synergy of the group; allowing into existence choices and realities that may have eluded us as individuals.
Invite your small group. Provide refreshments or make it into a potluck experience.
Let's talk about the possibilities.

Testimonials
I was exhausted the evening I laid on Kathy’s table. It had been a big day, and I still had to pack and get up to be at the airport at 4:00 AM. Kathy offered to run ESSE on me, thinking that would be the best contribution to my body at the time. It WAS! As she gently touched me I could feel my body open up to an unknown level of spaciousness. I literally felt my face unravel from its tangled tense mess. Kathy was competent, knowledgeable and profoundly compassionate. That night I had the strength to pack and the ease to fall asleep quickly. Although I only received 3 hours of sleep that night after my session, waking up at 3AM to head to the airport, I felt great! I felt great the entire day of travel and on into the week. I highly recommend Kathy and any service she connects as a contribution to you. She is the real deal!

Integration
Kathy has a powerful gift with healing and supporting your body to heal itself. With the many tools in her magical toolbox of modalities, tools, and presence, every time I work with her, I leave lighter, more aligned, supported, and nurtured. She is such a space of non-judgment that you can come to her with any "ailment" and she just knows what to do and BE to create a change.

Transformation
The moment Kathy placed her hands on my body I felt this overwhelming calmness in the physical body but also emotionally. Without fully knowing what she is doing, I could tell that my entire body was responding; that her placement of hands and intention was releasing tension on all levels - emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Kathy's expertise and professionalism translates on an energetic and healing level beyond anyone I have worked with. I am truly grateful for Kathy's journey of continuing her training and expanding her knowing as it has blessed my life greatly! Thank you!

Release
Kathy was introduced to me through a mutual friend. She had posted {to FB} some pictures of the pendants she had made. There were several pieces that were shining in their own beauty. As I looked at all of them, my eyes were drawn to the Amethyst. That was the one that called to me. Before you know it, it was purchased (by a dear friend) and on its way to me. The moment it arrived and I put it on, I felt the love and energy that was put into creating it. It was as if Kathy knew what I needed and how to help me, even though it wasn’t made specifically for me. I just purchased my second pendant, a Larimar beauty. A co-worker also fell in love with a Rose Quartz piece and purchased that one. We received our package today, and inside was a handwritten note from Kathy, thanking us for our purchase. She included some lovely words of blessings and joy. Some of you know how talented and beautiful Kathy is by taking one (or several) of her healing classes. I have not had the pleasure of meeting her in person, or attending a class…yet, but I want to let you know that her help and healing travel far. All the way from Utah to Illinois, the love comes through in a tiny, beautiful little gem. Thank you, Kathy for sharing your work and love with us all.

Beauty
I am so grateful. We cleared a whole lifetime of stuff with a bars session! How cool is that? Katherine Hacking is amazing! Get your bars run, now!!! She really is amazing. But don't do it unless you really want change. ;) She is an amazing, magical, and dynamic healer. Sometimes just having a conversation with Kathy or considering her wacky questions flips my world upside down, backwards and sideways and everything changes. Words can not express how grateful I am for having her in my life.

Kathy is a blessing. At a low point in my life i asked her for help. She ran bars on me and introduced access consciousness to me. My life is so much lighter and it is a miracle to release the heavy stuff. I am going to take her access bars practitioner class. Thank you Kathy!

Katherine Hacking was phenomenally great, as usual. Her soft voice, gentle touch and comforting energy combine to provide a safe space to remove blockages and really get one's energy flowing. One of my friends had her Bars done for the first time and she loved it. Thanks Kathy.... for making this a great experience for so many people.

Happy Body
I did a Resonance Shifting session with Katherine Hacking on shifting from the working class to play class and I got to so many roots and beliefs. Like 3.5 pages of things I couldn't believe were my actual thoughts and beliefs about money and the world, even God, that were swirling in my energy. I am so grateful to be in a place where I can actually look at all, and even more so that I did all the work that allowed this big of stuff come up to be released!! Thanks so much Kathy!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you offer healing sessions?
I was initially prompted to seek training in the healing arts by a desire for personal recovery from car accident injuries. I took naturally to energy work and began to teach my own classes in May 2005.
Now, I am Universal Life Church Minister, a Reiki Master, Theta, Quantum Touch ®, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Touch for Health, Shekinah Seals, Energetic Facelift and Bars Practitioner, as well as being a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Utah.
I am very pleased with the changes these modalities have affected in my own life and I love to unwrap the possibilities for wholeness with everyone.
Specifically I love how these tools continue to facilitate the open hearted presence I need in my life as a mom, artist & therapist. The Bars and Access Consciousness body processes are certainly my favorites, but my private session work is a marvelous blend of my training and capacity to channel what is required for the individual.
That means that no 2 sessions are ever the same, except in terms of the pleasant outcome. I facilitate change that is graceful and lasting.
I'd be glad to work with you. Come see me when you are ready to Access Magic!
Are you native to Utah?
Originally from Colorado Springs, I lived in Co, Md, Fl, Mi,& Md, before moving to Utah in 1997 as a BYU student. I left BYU, got married, and started my family in 2000. Since then we have lived in Utah, Georgia, & Utah again. I happily travel and teach anywhere in the world.
What is your logo about?
My Logo: At the center, the Eye of Kanaloa (Hawaiian God of Healing) is a representation of the web of life and the dream weaver. Also, a reference to the Buddhist Dharma Wheel. My 4 dragons stand as guides/guardians of the web, as marking the compass points and a balancing of the elements. Dragons are, for me, a representation of strength and the wisdom of long life. The way these dragons are behind the web is also an acknowledgment of higher wisdom, and a trusting in Divine perspective, to guide me. The arched necks and woven tails that end in hearts bring in a swirling vortex of energy for my heart center, and are a reminder to bring all things back to "Teach only Love". The eight pointed star is also a representation of the 3-D star tetrahedron, etheric merkabah, and the angelic gateway that I work with in healing sessions.
Taken all together this is a healing mandala, and a symbol of transformation, for myself and the world around me.
As someone who facilitates a remembrance of wholeness; I choose to allow my own life to clarify. So that I move forward, intentionally harmonizing my reality, and in alignment with the Realms of Light.
This isn't just my logo. This is a representation of who I am.
Namaste.
