Volunteers are an integral part of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and Karen Kannegiesser has been one of those.
Karen has supported IVAA’s Marketing department assisting with various public relations opportunities, writing newsletter articles and blog posts to help educate our website visitor on what it means to work with a Virtual Assistant, and she has also assisted the Member Benefits department in updating and organizing forms that our members use.
Karen goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.

I worked with Karen on a number of projects and initiatives, all of which she demonstrated a very high level of commitment, professionalism and dedication. Karen's attention to detail and drive to the end result more than often meant she far out performed the result required, she frequently "set the bar higher" and every time elevated above it while raising it further.
While I know it's a cliché but Karen really does go above and beyond the call, in all the requests I have made of Karen, and there were many, she never once gave any indication of reluctance to help and complete the request with maximum effect.
