I had been doing years of counseling and Ruth Kirby was able to offer deeper insight and more meaningful reflections than any therapist I have worked with. I am so grateful for the time spent learning and growing with Ruth. She has a way of offering insight compassionately that doesnt evoke defense. I would reccommend Ruth Kirby to anyone who wants to look deeper at what they are believing and overcome the effects of limiting beliefs.
