About Me

It’s been over 50 years now that I’ve been practicing and teaching the yoga sciences, including the ancient technologies of Kundalini Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and mantra meditation. I was fortunate to study with pioneers in the yoga movement. My first Kundalini Yoga class was at the Woodstock Festival in 1969. A couple of months later I was living in the Hare Krishna ashram and learning Bhakti Yoga, Ayurvedic cooking and the “sattvic” yogic lifestyle.

My credentials include a KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher certification, UCLA Masters in Fine Arts, and Creative Writing and Storytelling from UCSC. I love dance, sound healing gong, Indian Vedic literatures, Ayurvedic cooking, kirtan, and intuitive writing. My hope is to inspire and support your wholistic health and wellbeing so that you see beyond any limiting beliefs and tap into your inner joy and mastery to fulfill your brilliant potential in this lifetime.

Japa Mala is a mantra meditation on each of 108 sacred Tulsi beads.

Try this simple practice to call in your joy and divine synchronicity to see how it is for you!

In essence, Japa is an emergence in transcendental sacred sound, a call for dharma and seva - an experience of Home, the Infinite, the Reality the Beautiful beyond our limited imagination and senses.

Japa Mala practiced with presence and intention immediately raises your electro-magnetic field to affect what you attract into your life - awareness empowered to manifest and create from an authentic love, rather than fear - and what is innate and lives in your heart, rather than controlled by the unconscious and subconscious.

Our yoga illuminates the chakras, opens the third eye and nourishes finer brain tissues to grow our ability to hear the unheard and see the unseen.

This is a subtle sublime tangible experience..
