- COMPLETED documents/forms for filing - 2 Copies
- Photo ID
- Self-addressed stamped envelopes (if applicable)
- Form of payment or fee waiver
- Forms of payments accepted are Credit Cards, Money Orders, Checks, and Cash

(NOTE: All forms and/or documents must be fully completed, signed and dated.)

You will check-in at your designated appointment time at the filing window located in the courthouse lobby by the main entrance of the building; there will be signs indicating where to report.

You can schedule a 20 minute appointment to complete an unlimited number of documents being filed during your allotted time.

If you are late to your appointment, you will continue to have the remaining amount of your appointment that has been scheduled.

(For example: If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will only have 10 minutes available of your allotted time to complete your filings)

Or, you can make another appointment for another date and time.

You may schedule up to two appointments per day. Each appointment is for 20 minutes.

You will be able to schedule your appointment 3 days in advance.

Family law can address custody and/or visitation on child support cases where parentage has already been established by the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).   

Please indicate on the comment area when you are scheduling your appointment that you need language assistance in Spanish for your appointment.  

At this time, if you need language assistance other than Spanish, please make arrangements to bring a person that can assist you during your appointment.
