When we're stressed our quality of life plummets.
We make poor decisions, get triggered more easily and our health suffers leading to poor sleep patterns, increased anxiety and a whole host of other physical and mental / emotional issues.
The constant demands of modern life make it worse and at times like these it's easy to divert into activities that are counter-productive and only take us deeper into stress.
And this is only the effects of stress that we can see on the surface.
Over time stress can make it's way deeper into the nervous system and contribute to chronic stress patterns that come out as illnesses that don't seem to respond to normal treatment.
Acupuncture can bypass the thinking mind and work directly on the energetic operating system of the body. As a result chronic stress is released from the nervous system and our natural self-healing mechanisms can go to work more effectively.
My name is Simon Berkowitz and I have spent the last 20 years using Acupuncture alongside a wide range of stress management methods including meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis and others to help my clients take back control of their health and their lives.
