I’ve tried various methods and apps to introduce relaxation/meditation into my very busy life, but I have perennially struggled to stick with them for longer than two or three weeks. Steve’s Relaxation MP3 somehow found its organic niche into my life, and I am still able to make time for it every day for over three months now. And I really started to see the difference early on, with unfortunate trivialities that previously would have knocked me out of balance for a long time, now just passing as transient inconvenience – as they should be! I've always worked online but the latest situation with COV|ID-19 means that for the time being, I'm only working online. This is to comply with Government requirements, but also to ensure the safety of all involved.
My online clients have enjoyed a positive experience online and in most cases, is no less effective. We are more reliant on practical things like a reliable internet connection and somewhere quiet where you can be undisturbed for about an hour.
It's impossible to predict how many sessions will be needed to achieve your goals but most of my clients are pleased with their outcomes with between 3 to 6 sessions. In my experience, just having one session is not helpful as the true cause of any difficulty you may have is likely to be different to what you believe is the cause. The time invested in uncovering this true cause is time well spent.
I offer a 30 minute discovery call, without charge or expectation, to help you decide if I'm the right therapist to help you. If at any time once we begin work that I believe I am no longer the most suitable therapist for you, I will tell you and suggest other therapists you could consider.
