I help executives develop their leadership and communication skills so that they can build a strong, cohesive team and break through any barriers holding themselves and their team back....and not have to burn themselves out by doing so!

I partner with small to medium size organizations and help them refine and align their strategy, execute change, build strong teams, and implement targeted leadership development programs. Translating theory into practical talent strategies, identifying themes and trends from data analysis, communicating results, and influencing decisions at the highest level.

What Makes Me Different:  Partnering with you I bring over 20 years of experience successfully leading organization effectiveness strategies and coaching executives in 15 countries at Fortune 100 organizations.  My approach is a blend of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, six sigma and gestalt that allows me to bring practical solutions to complex problems using data and behavioral science.

Education / Certifications: Masters in Organizational Behavior, Executive Masters in Neuroleadership and a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology. Certification in Organization Design from USC - CEO (Center for Effective Organizations), Certified Change Management Practitioner with Prosci, Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Leadership trainer, Executive Coaching certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Gestalt.

The transition to President and CEO of NewBridge represented a new opportunity for me, but also a serious responsibility to the organization and the Board. Jill helped me make the transition into thinking more deeply about a role I had not had before and she challenged me to develop new ways of leading people and being accountable to both the staff and the Board. Over a six month period, Jill engaged me to discuss the organization and its staff in depth, and guided me to a point where I was more comfortable and able to think about how to share my thoughts and strategies with my partners, my Board and the staff.
