Free consultation call

What is a discovery/consultation call? I offer a free  20 minute introductory call (you may have seen this referred to as a discovery or consultation call) before you commit to working with me on a 1:1 basis because it's so important to find out if we click first.

During our call, we'll discuss your current situation and I'll share my coaching approach with you. I’ll explain how my 1:1 coaching programme works and we can agree how we'd like to work together.

If it's appropriate, we can also book in our first coaching session together. There is no obligation to commit to working with me at this stage and if appropriate we can discuss other coaching options such as my group programme or my online self-study course. Please note, that this is initial call is free and it is not the same as a coaching session.
