Hey there!  I'm Cassandra, your go to for all things development.  As the CEO of Advent Development Group (ADG), a Professional and Personal Development firm, I help individuals like you reach their full potential and thrive in every aspect of their life.

At ADG, we offer a wide range of services designed to empower and position you towards success.  This includes resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, and other professional writing services for individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits.  But that’s not all!  Coaching is our specialty, in areas like leadership, life, and conflict to name a few.  We believe in holistic development, addressing your career, business, or personal growth.

With 20+ years in management and leadership, I’ve learned the ins and outs of career advancement and personal development.  I’m a perpetual learner, always seeking new knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.  My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA, and certified training in conflict resolution and mediation, among other professional certifications.   Throughout my career, I've predominantly thrived in the insurance and financial services industry.  However, my leadership journey has taken me beyond those boundaries, allowing me to develop talent in various industries and prepare candidates for roles at all levels.  These qualifications along with my experience enable me to offer strategic guidance tailored to your unique needs.

My passion doesn't stop there.  I hold a special place for those impacted by intimate partner violence, which is why I founded The Ark of Noah, a 501c3 non-profit organization.  It is my duty to share my own story of conquering and my journey towards healing and I am honored to educate, equip, and empower survivors through my work.

I believe in partnering with you to “level up” your life.  If you are seeking a dedicated coach and professional, reach out today.  Let me show you the transformative journey you are about to embark on that will propel your career and personal growth to new heights.
