We are a full service coworking space and community located on RTE 1 in North Hampton, NH serving the seacoast communities of Hampton, North Hampton, Hampton Falls, Seabrook, Rye and Portsmouth.  We office part time and full time memberships that include heat/cooling, high speed private wifi, desk space, color laser printing and plenty of FREE parking.  We are a community of entrepreneurs, small business owners, freelancers and regular people trying to make their dreams into a reality.  Come join us and change the way you WERC.

Do you offer day passes?

Currently we do not offer day passes to CoWERC.  We do offer a 5 day pass that is good for 3 months (we'll extend it if you ask as well).  We want to meet our member and get to know how we can help them.  Plus we want to show them how to work the coffee machine.

A 10 day pass is good for 3 months.  We put the 10 day pass together because our member were asking for a way to get more time vs. a 5 day pass.
