About Me
Esther Nagle is a teacher, writer, speaker and author. She is a single mother to 3 wonderful sons, and one dog daughter.
She has experienced a lot of mental health issues throughout her life, and understands how much stress and other mental health isses can impact on life as a single mother. Turning to Yoga teacher training in 2014 following a breakdown, Esther was able to free herself from 20 years of alcohol and cigarette addiction, and develop a vital toolbox to develop her resilience and combat stress.
Learning to breathe well, after a lifetime of asthma, allergy and very poor breathing, was paramount in Esther's healing.
Recognising that the tools that helped her could help others, Esther has a passion for sharing the stress-busting and resilience-building gifts she has gained. As well as a teacher, she is a writer, speaker and author, having published a book about her recovery journey in 2016.
Esther knows that good breathing is crucial to good wellbeing.
When you can control your breath, you can control your emotional response to the world, and when you can do that, you can take control of your life. Better breathing improves sleep, increases energy and overall wellbeing, as well as being a powerful weapon in the fight against the stress of modern life. Having recently been diagnosed with ADHD, Esther also is keenly aware of the many benefits it offers to the ADHD brain.
Esther loves to teach people to breathe, and loves the transformation that can occur when you learn to breathe.
Book your session with Esther today and see how your life can improve when you learn to breathe.
