Hypnotherapy allows people to remove any internal limiting beliefs or personal barriers, through the power of the subconscious mind. In turn, this allows them to draw on and improve their personal strengths to reach their true potential.

People come to hypnotherapists for a variety of issues. Some of the most popular services that I deal with are:

    Behaviour/Habit Change (weight loss, stop smoking, alcohol/drugs, nail biting, disorganisation, gambling etc.),
    Financial (success, abundance),
    Stress Reduction (insomnia, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, blood pressure),
    “Educational” Enhancement (memory, test taking, spelling, mental blocks etc.),
    Emotional (jealousy, anger, sadness),
    Sexual Issues (impotence, dysfunction, premature ejaculation, relationships, childbirth),
    Removing/reducing fears (flying, heights, public speaking, night terrors etc.),
    Sports enhancement (fitness, confidence, skills development, concentration, competition, motivation – personal/teams),
    Self-hypnosis (yes, you can make your own changes using your powerful subconscious mind!)
Other than the therapist's location, both sessions will proceed in exactly the same way. We'll meet and talk to discover what you'd like to work on, and then proceed to do the work you want for the changes you desire. Office visits are available only when Jennifer is located/visiting a location - online appointments (skype/gotomeeting) are available anywhere in the world based on available times, and can take place in the comfort of your own home.
Over the years I've found that online sessions are not only successful, but very convenient for people, who can meet me in the privacy and comfort of their own home or office.
Our online sessions are done by Skype of by GoToMeeting - both work well, yet I've found that in more remote locations (or places with poor internet service), GoToMeeting seems to be more consistent. Contact me or select an appointment time that works for you (we'll confirm the slot) and get ready for change!
For clients new to hypnosis (or for those who have experienced it a while ago), I like you to have information about how hypnosis and the mind works. I've created a youtube video that explains it all - please watch it before we meet
I will send a form you'll need to fill out before we meet to collect some details I need in advance of our meeting.
As for the setup on your end, often people find that having headphones with an attached mic is best to hear and be heard. A webcam on your computer/phone/tablet that can be located in a place where you can sit, lounge or lie comfortably is desirable - it's handy if I can see you. This is your session, so make sure you're in a place on your own where you can give yourself the time you need to make changes you want - sessions are usually an hour to 1.5 hours long.
Hypnosis is 'brief' support - at the same time, the issues that you're facing now didn't happen overnight, so making a change may take a bit of time. Stop smoking can happen in as few as two sessions, while other challenges or enhancements may take a series. We will discuss some options during your first session. My goal is to make myself 'obsolete' as quickly and effectively as possible, not keep making more sessions.
At the same time, many people enjoy getting fortnightly or monthly  'mental massages' just as they would physical ones, to make sure they are in the best mental/emotional/physical shape, and get into a practice of self-care that supports greater health and well-being.
