There’s a huge increase in stress and overwhelm in the western world, especially right now. This isn't due to the pandemic alone - it's the result of a hustle culture that has been our norm for years. It's only now we're pressing pause that we can see how much harm we're doing to ourselves and our planet - and why we're so completely exhausted.

I don’t believe you have to bend, break, shout, hustle, follow rules and push to fulfil your potential. I believe there’s a quieter, kinder, more intuitive way.

I created the MAGICAL Process over almost two decades of working 1:1 with midlife women who were experiencing burnout after a lifetime of over-giving. I wanted to share this more widely, which is why I wrote The Magical Unfolding, why I'm building a like-minded community and why I offer online and offline group circles.

Combining movement, meditation, mindfulness, mantras and mindset, the MAGICAL Process helps you to shape your days and your next decade around what you really want from your life. One simple soulful step at a time.

What should I wear for Qoya?

Wear the kind of clothes you would wear to go to a yoga class or to the gym.

Clothes you feel comfortable to move about in, that aren't restrictive and as a bonus, fill you with joy :)

Have something warm, like a hoodie, to put on at the end when you get to rest for a few moments.

The class is for one hour from 5.30pm - 6.30pm. We have until 6.45pm together, so that we have extra time to connect after the session if you want to do so.

You don't need previous experience with yoga, as even though there is an element of yoga in the class, it is a moving form of yoga, with more fluidity than traditional postures in a yoga class.

I am a qualified yoga teacher, so rest assured you are in good hands.

I highly recommend you have your own yoga mat ready to use, so that you feel stable in the moving yoga portion of the class.

You may also want to prepare your space with anything you usually use to feel calm and centred, such as essential oils, candles (care with naked flames!), crystals, angel cards, flowers etc. 

If you don't have access to any of these, don't worry! I will set an intention at the start of class for each of our spaces.
