I am the author of seven books - Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (2013) and Effective Group Coaching (2009). My 2018 publication Coaching Business Builder: Workbook and Planner is part workbook, part planner, geared to support coaches in building their coaching business and accelerating results. The PlanDoTrack workbook and planner (2019) is geared for virtual and remote professionals.
My work with clients in the area of mentoring and coaching has received multiple awards including the 2016 Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching, and the 2022 ICF Toronto Award of Excellence - Individual Contributor..

This half day planning session is held in one block and depending on your focus - group/team, business development, or virtual, Jennifer will bring in related program elements and activities
What you'll need to participate:
Access to zoom or skype for the entire call
Core documents you have created already for your programming or business.
An idea of the top 1-3 goals you have for our half-day session
Jennifer will take you through a series of hands-on activities during the strategy session, to help you articulate and create your plans.
There will be pre-work to get you pulling together materials for the conversation with Jennifer.
