First Hand knowledge is amazing.

Z family had an amazing time!The hotel (in Cancun) was wonderful, could not have asked for nicer facilities and service!  The food was great and we were never disappointed with a meal----the food was fantastic, and the chef, and waiters, went out of their way to help with our youngest food allergies.  They made him feel very special with ice cream every evening!!   Every staff member was helpful and friendly, and like I said, went out of their way to help any way they could!!I wanted this trip to be special, I didn't know what to expect at first and it met every expectation!  We took 2 excursions, to swim with dolphins (which was so great), and took the catamaran to Isla Mujeres.  It was so much fun------The flights were pretty uneventful,  So happy we went with direct flight-----great suggestion!!   Our shuttles to and from the airport worked out very well.  Again, just want to thank you so much for all the recommendations and making the arrangements.  We had an AMAZING family vacation!!
