All consultations are held via Zoom. You will receive a link via email to use at the time of your appointment. If needed Zoom is free to download.

What happens if I need to cancel?

All cancellations and no-show within 24hours of appointment forfeit their full payment
All cancellations prior to 24hours forfeit a $30 non-refundable processing fee Therefore rescheduling your appointment is preferable and at no additional fee.
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. *All store bought purchases are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item upon receipt.
In the event you are purchasing the FREEDOM package of BUY 2 AND GET 1 FREE Please note, all refunds incur a $35 processing fee. Cancellations received with less 24hours incur full payment.
