CANCELLATIONS - Deposit is non-refundable. 

If you need to reschedule please notify minimum 48 hours prior so we can discuss options available.

Package A & B are 5"x7" PRINTS ONLY  -  NO digitals are included.  Digitals CANNOT be purchased with these 2 packages

COPYRIGHT - Ownership and copyright of all images produced by Kerri Goldsmith is transferred to Kerri Goldsmith Photography.

SESSION INFORMATION - Each mini session is only 20 to 30 minutes.  Please arrive on time for your session, if you are late this time will come out of your allocated session time.

Kerri likes to chat with you and your child/children on arrival as we want them to feel at ease and happy (and hopefully get over being shy).  Young children have a limited attention span so we will try to get as many poses as they will allow. 

We will have a pose with a hint of Santa (the illusion of Santa) where only part of Santa is included in the pose.  

Pandemic plan - you will have a temperature check on arrival.  Required to use Hand Sanitizer prior to entering the studio.  If possible try to have children avoid touching too many things in the studio.

ONLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY can attend the studio, if any Government Health Advice order is in place then unfortunately, no friend groups together this year.

If you or your children are sick or have been in contact with anyone sick, PLEASE call to reschedule.

Kerri loves that children like to explore BUT please keep your little ones from running through the scenes and touching as there are many delicate props and lots of time put into the setup so we don't want to waste precious time resetting and props not available for other families.  

CLOTHING - Please avoid character prints and bold/large patterns, these will date or overpower your images.  Remember you will look back on these images as your children grow up and we want that timeless look. 

Our scenes can be seen in the promo images which may help with your clothing choices.   

Up to 4 children (siblings) per session. Please schedule 2 time-slots if more than 4 siblings or babies under 6 months, as I like to allow enough time to get individual poses or settle young babies.  If unsure, please contact Kerri.

Use of the weekday (Friday) sessions would be best for under 8-month subjects.  

CLIENT GALLERY - You will be notified when your client gallery is ready to view.  Unlike full sessions, Christmas minis will be uploaded to my website under the Client tab in a password protected gallery or similiar website

You will have 10 days to view images before the gallery is taken down & a fee of $50 is payable to re-upload (should you need longer please contact Kerri to arrange). 

Any screenshot/copying of this gallery is in breach of Copyright and penalties will be enforced.
