I am also a self-labeled "Tech Head" that truly enjoys mastering the next hot "SaaS" app that hits the market. 10+ years of experience in supporting Small Businesses, Solopreneurs, Mompreneurs, Entrepreneurs, Coaches, and Fellow Virtual Assistants. Experienced in majority of the well used SaaS applications (Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, WordPress, LeadPages, Ontraport, ManyChat, WebinarJam, etc). Skilled in online technical software support, social media marketing, email marketing, and sales funnels. Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management. My greatest joy is watching my clients shift the "I can do it all" mentality and began to delegate their business needs so they can focus on what matters most - their clients, their business, their income...what they love!

The One Hour Consultation is the time for you to have your questions answered and your systems demystified. It isn't the time to sneak in Virtual Assistant services. This is the time where I hold your hand and show you how to master your systems. "How do I create a campaign?" "Where do you find the API to integrate Zapier?" If you want to walk through setting up a newsletter, list, or campaign during that time - that is fine but everything must remain instructional. 
Again, this isn't a way to bypass my wait-list in order to receive Virtual Assistance. I do have a service that is always available in exchange for longer than normal wait times but the purpose of this consultation is to help you manage your system that may be intimidating or support may not have been helpful (or available) and you want to move forward.
I would prefer to keep our call focused on your business needs in terms of consulting and assistance. Any questions about my services (what I do, offer, and/or pricing) can be found here. Keep in mind that more often than not, there is a wait-list.
