While Kopf Consulting offers Virtual Assistant services, we also understand that entrepreneurs prefer to do everything themselves (initially). This can be incredibly overwhelming as that could mean learning and mastering 5+ systems in order to get yourself up and running. But...what if we could be your cheat sheet? What if we could take you from novice to expert (or at least intermediate depending on your needs) without you having to watch several training videos, review handful of websites, and ask questions to the open air because no one is around to answer them? That's why you're here, right? For over 13 years, we have supported small businesses, solopreneurs, mompreneurs, entrepreneurs, coaches, and major Corporations. We conquer the systems you are trying to learn on a daily basis. Infusionsoft by Keap (now Keap Max Classic), Clickfunnels, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, LeadPages, Ontraport, Teachable, WebinarJam, you name it. We are certified in online technical software support, social media marketing, email marketing, and sales funnels. Save yourself the headache and allow us to be your "flotation device".  There is no need to drown in a sea of video tutorials, PDFs, checklists, and online blogs.  Our one-on-one training is all about you. We answer your questions, we guide your hands, and we show you what you want and need to know about your system.  We also give you a copy of the recording so you can refer back to it once the call is over!

The One Hour Consultation is the time for you to have your questions answered and your systems demystified. It isn't the time to sneak in Virtual Assistant services. This is the time where I hold your hand and show you how to master your systems. "How do I create a campaign?" "Where do you find the API to integrate Zapier?" If you want to walk through setting up a newsletter, list, or campaign during that time - that is fine but everything must remain instructional. 

Again, this isn't a way to bypass my wait-list in order to receive Virtual Assistance. I do have a service that is always available in exchange for longer than normal wait times but the purpose of this consultation is to help you manage your system that may be intimidating or support may not have been helpful (or available) and you want to move forward.
