Cedrick is the Chief Executive at LaFleur Leadership Institute, where he has created a successful company that delivers workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and coaching for organizations focused on leadership development. 
 

Cedrick's expertise and leadership were instrumental in managing a staggering $1 billion product line in Global Marketing and a $33 million sales region before retiring from Abbott Labs after 22 years.

1-Hour Coach will enable you to partner with a like-minded Coach to move forward on your goals and dreams, building confidence with action and accountability.  
  • You pick the number of hours you need a coach
  • OPTION 1: 
  • For the Entrepreneur looking for a simple tactical strategy session, thinking partner call, or action planning session, you may only need one hour. Book one hour at a time or up to seven hours at once. 
  • OPTION 2: 
  • For the BUSINESS OWNER who needs Strategic Thinking, Marketing Plan, or Team building strategies, then there is a 4-hour minimum requirement. After that, you can book 1 hour at a time. 
  • However, if you want more hours, then you select multiple hours. 
  • It's up to you.
 
During this interactive call, we go as deep as we need. 
1. Struggling with achieving your sales goals?
2. Need help implementing a program?
3. Want to talk through a pricing/sales program strategy?
4. Can't seem to get your business plan done?
5. Have a lack of focus? 
6. Want to talk through a proposal, RFP/Bid response?
7. If you struggle with being a salesperson, let's create sales training for you. (This will require a minimum of 4 hours).

You can book between 1 - 7 sessions. Each session is for 1 hour and costs $259.00. You can schedule as many or as few of your sessions at the time of booking. Any remaining unscheduled sessions can be scheduled in the future. How many sessions would you like to book?
