Leigh Espy

Project Management and Leadership Coach

Whether you're just starting in Project Management or want to take your skills to the next level, I'll help you get there.
I've got the project management experience in multiple settings and have faced challenges of all sizes: ranging from small and simple to large and complex. Soft skills and career growth are also areas of expertise, and critically important, too.

And no matter where you are in your project management career - just starting out or experienced - I can help you solve your career challenges so you can move through them stress-free and successfully.

I work with clients who book multiple sessions for continued support and success, but often only one session is all that's needed to address your career challenge.

The most successful people in the world use coaches to go farther in their careers. Why shouldn't you?

Let's do this!

Project Manager
Here are some types of work coaching/mentoring challenges I’ve worked with clients on:

  • project management skills
  • problem-solving
  • increasing confidence
  • interpersonal skills
  • how to get more project management experience on-the-job
  • interview preparation
  • networking
  • and more
When you schedule your coaching call, I'll send you a link so you can log into our call on the date and time of our session. We'll take time to go over your situation. We discuss the challenging situation you’d like help with and we work through it. Every situation is unique. Your backgound, your work environment, the situation you’re dealing with, and what you want out of your career are unique to you. I take the time on the call to understand your situation and help you work through a plan for success.
Calls usually last one hour.
In addition to payment and a scheduled date and time, some background information about your situation would be helpful. I'd like to have an idea of where you are in your career and what you'd like help with. But you don't have to send a lot of detail in advance - even high-level information can be helpful for the call.
You can cancel or reschedule a call up to one day in advance with no penalty.
At the end of our call, I’ll send you a summary of our discussion and action steps we’ve identified for you to move forward.
You don't have to try to remember - you'll have a record of it in my follow-up email.
