There was a time I didn’t remember how to trust my inner wisdom.
Not because it wasn’t speaking.
But because I had stopped listening.
I silenced myself — not out of fear, but out of habit.
I asked for permission. I followed opinions. I nodded at advice that felt wrong in my body but right on paper.
And the more I ignored my inner nudges, the quieter they became…
...until they stopped whispering and started screaming.
I knew I couldn’t keep overriding myself.
So I did what most people won’t:
I slowed down.
I softened.
I began to track my emotions, energy, and truth through the cycles of the Moon.
Not for productivity — but for presence.
What I discovered was something ancient, and something entirely mine.
I started asking myself before asking the world.
I listened for intuitive hits — and let them guide my decisions.
And no surprise: they rarely led me astray.
This is what I teach now.
Not strategies that disconnect you from your body — but devotion that brings you deeper into it.
I hold space for women to remember their rhythms, reclaim their self-trust, and create from the inside out.
My work is rooted in cycles, somatics, and sacred timing.
My containers are not about becoming more — they are about returning to what has always been within.
If your inner whispers are starting to rise again…
You’re in the right place.
You don’t need a roadmap.
You need to remember how to listen.

I have been going to the sister’s circle since the beginning and at first, I was surprised to feel uplifted amongst a group of women. There is no judgement, we only talk about empowerment and give each other positive thoughts. We are free to speak or not. We are respected and accepted as we are. We sometimes forget ourselves buried in the day-to-day life thinking that we are alone, the circle is a good reminder that we belong to a sisterhood. I encourage women to go and explore the circle.

Circles are a safe place to completely be yourself without being judged. They are great to release pent up emotions. Great to learn about yourself. Meet new women who can become friends.

Lisbeth’s circles are an opportunity for community, tuning in, growth and learning to the degree that you open up. We create safety, sisterhood and I leave feeling calm and invigorated. I also think it’s important to say in some manner that what happens in circle, stays in circle.

I think that as women, we are all looking to connect, to be heard and to be seen. Your circles help women do that. It gives us energy and eases the daily woes of trying to be everything to everyone because for even a small piece of time, we get to be ourselves.

What can I expect when attending a women's circle?
What do I need to bring to the circle?
It is hard for me to find a private space without having others listen or interrupt. What can I do?
