My passion is helping people of all ages and ability levels to achieve their cycling goals.

As a USACycling Level 1 coach, I’ve worked with athletes from the USA, Canada, Australia, South America and South Africa who have different talents, abilities, and goals. I stay current with the new theories in coaching endurance and sprint athletes as well as use software such as WKO4 to help cyclists evaluate fitness and increase power.

I could just about ride a 100km so when my friends and family all wanted to do the 235km Three Peaks Challenge in Australia during 2014, I knew I needed help. The ride has over 4,000m of climbing and will push a seasoned rider to their limits. With Lori’s expert guidance, the ride turned out to be one of the most enjoyable rides of my life. Next year my goal is to complete the race in under 10 hours. I just keep thanking my lucky stars for Lori, I know that with her coaching I will achieve the sub-ten award.
