I help leaders and organisations create clarity before they scale decisions, systems or technology.
My work focuses on the relationship between an organisation and the reality it operates in. When pressure increases — through AI, regulation, growth, data, governance or changing markets — the real question is often not which tool to choose first.
The real question is whether the system still fits.
I work with leaders, managers and advisors who need to step back, structure the problem, and ask the right management-level questions before moving into implementation.
AI is one current pressure point. But the deeper work is broader: understanding how systems behave under pressure, where clarity is missing, and what needs to be aligned before action creates value.
My approach is practical, structured and direct.
Clarity before scale.
Structure before speed.
Fit before implementation.
Human Value in the Loop Review (ENG)
Human Value in the Loop Review
AI governance, responsibility and more valuable work.
Many organisations start talking about “human in the loop” as soon as AI is introduced. But often it remains unclear what that actually means.
Should a human check the output?
Approve it?
Correct it?
Remain accountable for it?
Or does the human role change more fundamentally?
The Human Value in the Loop Review helps organisations clarify where human judgment, responsibility, ownership and valuable work belong in AI-supported processes.
The central question is:
How do we design AI-enabled work in a way that keeps responsibility clear and strengthens human value?
This review does not only look at the strict side of governance, accountability and risk. It also looks at the human side: which tasks can be supported or relieved by AI, where human judgment becomes more important, and how work can become more meaningful, interesting or valuable.
What does it deliver?
After the review, the organisation has a clearer view of:
-
where human judgment remains necessary;
-
who decides, checks, corrects or may override;
-
where responsibility and ownership should sit;
-
which tasks AI can support or take over;
-
where human value becomes more important;
-
which roles or work processes may change;
-
which risks, frictions or concerns need to be taken seriously;
-
which change direction is sensible.
The outcome is not a legal, HR, compliance or change document, but a strategic decision and advisory framework for responsible and humanly valuable work with AI.
What this is not
This review is not a legal assessment, AI Act audit, HR advice, job architecture redesign, technical implementation plan, employee training or full change management programme.
The deliverables are prepared and explained with care, but it remains the organisation’s own responsibility to determine how the insights are used in HR, compliance, legal assessment, communication, change or implementation.
Who is it for?
For organisations that:
-
want to use AI in processes, workflows or decision-making;
-
want to prevent “human in the loop” from remaining a vague term;
-
need clarity on responsibility and decision rights;
-
do not want to reduce human value to after-the-fact checking;
-
want to involve employees carefully in the impact of AI;
-
want to use AI not only to make work more efficient, but also more valuable.
Investment
From €4,500 excl. VAT, depending on scope.
For broader or more complex questions, a suitable scope and fixed price will be agreed in advance.
Core promise
After this review, the organisation knows more clearly where human value, responsibility and ownership belong in AI-enabled work.
AI should not only be checked by humans.
AI should be designed around the value humans uniquely bring.
