I help leaders and organisations create clarity before they scale decisions, systems or technology.
My work focuses on the relationship between an organisation and the reality it operates in. When pressure increases — through AI, regulation, growth, data, governance or changing markets — the real question is often not which tool to choose first.
The real question is whether the system still fits.
I work with leaders, managers and advisors who need to step back, structure the problem, and ask the right management-level questions before moving into implementation.
AI is one current pressure point. But the deeper work is broader: understanding how systems behave under pressure, where clarity is missing, and what needs to be aligned before action creates value.
My approach is practical, structured and direct.
Clarity before scale.
Structure before speed.
Fit before implementation.
Keynote Speaker — AI, Clarity & The Agentic Economy (ENG)
Keynote Speaker — AI, Clarity & The Agentic Economy
Strategic clarity in the age of AI, autonomous agents and programmable value.
AI is not only changing which tools organisations use.
AI is changing how organisations think, decide, work, create value and organise responsibility.
In this keynote, Peter van Gameren helps leaders, teams, founders, investors and organisations look beyond the hype and understand more clearly what AI is really changing.
Not as a technical training.
Not as a software demo.
Not as a session about “the latest tools”.
But as a strategic story about clarity, responsibility, human value, business impact and the next phase of AI.
Possible themes
The keynote can be tailored to the audience, event and strategic question.
Possible angles include:
-
Clarity Before Scale — why AI without clarity mainly accelerates existing noise, assumptions and misalignment;
-
Artificial Responsiveness — why AI is not simply intelligent, but highly responsive to the input, structure and goals we give it;
-
Human Value in the Loop — why the question is not only where humans should check AI, but where human value becomes more important;
-
When AI Gets a Wallet — what changes when AI agents can act, pay, verify and initiate transactions;
-
The Agentic Economy — how AI agents, wallets, identity, oracles, tokenized assets and programmable payments form new economic infrastructure;
-
Defensible AI Decisions — why organisations need to make AI decisions that are clear, grounded and defensible.
Who is it for?
This keynote is suitable for:
-
leadership events;
-
management team days;
-
executive or board meetings;
-
strategy days;
-
innovation events;
-
founder events;
-
investor sessions;
-
industry events;
-
AI, governance or transformation events;
-
professional conferences.
The keynote is especially relevant for organisations that want to understand AI not only as a tool, but as a strategic development with impact on decision-making, work, governance, value creation and responsibility.
What does it deliver?
After the keynote, the audience has a sharper frame for understanding AI.
Not only as technology, but as a pressure point that reveals where organisations need clarity, structure, responsibility and direction.
The keynote helps participants ask questions such as:
-
What is AI really changing for our organisation?
-
Where does AI accelerate existing lack of clarity?
-
Which human value becomes more important?
-
What needs to be clear before AI is scaled?
-
How do we make AI decisions that are explainable and defensible?
-
What does the rise of autonomous AI agents mean for business models, transactions and governance?
What this is not
This keynote is not technical AI training, a prompt-engineering workshop, a software demo, legal advice, a compliance document, an implementation plan, an AI roadmap or a full advisory engagement.
The keynote provides direction, language and strategic insight. Any next steps, decisions or implementations remain the responsibility of the organisation.
Practical
The keynote can be delivered in English or Dutch.
The primary focus is on events in the Netherlands.
On-site keynotes in the Netherlands are possible by agreement. For international appearances, or appearances outside the Netherlands requested by Dutch or international organisations, travel and accommodation costs are discussed and invoiced separately.
Online keynotes or leadership sessions are also possible.
Investment
From € 11,250 excl. VAT, depending on format, duration, audience, preparation and level of tailoring.
For premium keynotes, boardroom sessions, international appearances or highly tailored contributions, the typical range is:
€ 16,250 – € 30,000 excl. VAT
Travel and accommodation costs are not included and, where applicable, will be agreed separately.
Core promise
After the keynote, the audience better understands what AI changes strategically — not only in tools, but in work, decision-making, responsibility, value creation and economic infrastructure.
Strategic clarity before action becomes scale.
