New Clients Only - Regardless of the timeframe between consults, this initial free consultation is for new clients only.  Subsequent appointments after initial call if booked using this link will be billed at existing client hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy - As appointment slots are limited, I respectfully ask that all cancellations be made by the day prior to allow the slots to be reserved by other clients.  Cancellation the day of appointment will result in an invoice for the booked time at existing client hourly rates, as that time is now lost on my limited schedule.

No Show Fee - While I am glad to offer a free initial consultation to help evaluate your needs, due to increased no show bookings blocking my schedule, I am now instituting a no show fee that will be invoiced to your registered email at existing client hourly rates for the duration of booked time of the missed appointment.
