By completing payment for any RebrandYOU coaching package, session, or digital product, you agree to the terms below.

Payments and refunds

Every purchase is final. Once payment is complete, RebrandYOU doesn't offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to another person.

Using your sessions

All sessions in a package must be used within 3 months of the purchase date, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Booking your sessions within that window is your responsibility.

Expired sessions

Sessions not used by the end of the 3-month window expire. No credit, refund, or replacement is provided for them.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Life happens, and I'm happy to move a session when I have enough notice. Please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are considered used and won't be refunded or replaced. If I need to reschedule, I'll offer you a new time at no cost to you.

Extensions

If something unexpected comes up, such as illness, a family emergency, or another serious circumstance, you can request an extension before your window closes. Extensions are reviewed individually and are granted at Azadeh's discretion.
