Always happy to help, but happier still when getting paid (and yes, that includes tips). Cash tips, not ones like "don't wear white socks with dark trousers".

'Other services' - hopefully with happy endings - comedy, writing (or both), blogging, digital marketing, SEO, keyword research, project management, consulting and coaching.

* maximising your hotel or airline loyalty programs
* finding best-value award space for cashing in those airline miles and points
* which credit cards and strategies provide best travel benefits
* ‘travel hacking’ to find lowest airline fares or hotel rates

Wow! Savage question.

The truthful answer is - it depends. Everyone's different, has different travel needs and resources, and ultimately, different travel goals.

Let's start by seeing where we are, what you'd like to do, and then we can decide how we can do it.

* It may be you just need some advice, or motivation to try a different strategy for your travel goals.
* It may be you know a little about say, hotels, but want some advice about how to shop around for the best deals, or specific advice on maximising your travel experience (e.g. the best way to get upgrades)
* It may be you're already collecting loyalty points/miles (well done!) and want to learn how to book the best award flights, snag upgrades etc.
* You may want to know where to get the best deals, or learn more about specific subjects such as travel hacking, in which case I can teach you individually or through my online course packages

Bottom line - I'm pretty confident I can help you travel better, be it saving money on hotels, or maximising loyalty programs, or just using different strategies for your vacations or business travel. Let's no be too prescriptive other than let's just agree to have a free, no-obligation chat and see where that takes us?
Nothing. Actually, I don't use the term 'expert' or anything similar - for many reasons.

* If I have to tell you I'm an expert, I'm probably not.
* I'd rather show you, than tell you
* The term 'expert', 'guru' or 'influencer' has been misappropriated of late, usually by folk trying to fake a freebie night in a hotel or a social media empire.
In reality, the reasons why people don't do this themselves vary, but usually come down to either :-

a) not knowing what to do
b) knowing what to do and not being bothered abut doing it
c) preferring to pay someone else to do it.

I can help you with all three, and I'd especially prefer (a) as then it's actually more people to travel better, which is fabulous.
Firstly, I don't book hotels for you - for several reasons, such as security, legal privacy, insurance, protection etc. However, I can often find cheaper deals as unlike travel agents, I'm not tied to any brands or properties.

Secondly, I can offer you independent advice - not commissioned advice.

Thirdly, many of the tactics and strategies I'd use benefit the guest/traveller, rather than a travel agent. For instance, showing you can price match, or monitor and rebook using price drops, find secret 'insider' rates, snag upgrades etc.
