As Executive Director of the National Environmental & Occupational Safety Training, Inc. (NEOSTI) and President of Primus Innovation Network, LLC, Sheldon works to expand access to safety, environmental, and life-skills training for underserved communities. His work has also included instructional design, OSHA outreach training, compliance webinars, course reviews, and subject matter expertise for organizations across the EHS training space.

He has contributed to the Water Environment Federation Water Sector Safety Committee, supported EPA-related all-hazards communication efforts, and served in multiple leadership positions within the ASSP South Florida chapter. He has also been featured on numerous podcasts and professional platforms, sharing insights on OSHA compliance, consulting, mentoring, business development, and safety leadership.

What makes Sheldon different is his ability to connect real-world operations, regulatory strategy, adult learning, and entrepreneurship. Whether he is teaching a safety class, mentoring a new consultant, developing course content, or speaking to an industry audience, his focus stays the same: helping people build safer workplaces and stronger careers.
