We recommend that to avoid disappointment you book your chosen programme as early as possible.
Booking Policy
For current programme costs and dates, please refer to our website.
Before booking onto our programmes, please ensure you have read the course content, to ensure the course will meet your needs.
These are complete programmes over a set period and the fee is for the entire programme. We strongly advise you to ensure that you can make the dates and times set for your chosen programme beforeyou book your place to avoid disappointment, as the booking conditions below apply.
● Bookings will not be accepted until payment in full is received.
● Our booking system accepts bookings via the website on a first come first served basis.
● When you have booked your chosen programme, you will be emailed a confirmation, with further details about how to access the course.
● If you miss a session/s we are unable to transfer your place to another course or refund/credit for that session or the remaining sessions.
Acceptance
By making this booking and making payment, I accept that I have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions of booking a programme with Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe.
I accept that Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe and all its staff cannot or will not be held liable for discrepancies, mistakes, malfunctions or lost items of any kind relating to this order.
I accept that all correspondence relating to this booking will be sent to me by EMAIL to the address I have supplied unless otherwise specifically requested in this order by myself.
Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe and all its staff are not responsible and cannot be held liable for my not receiving or reading such correspondence.
I also accept that Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe and all its staff cannot and will not be held liable for human error in the processing of this order and I have no rights for recourse or "change of mind" beyond those set out in the booking policy, once this order has been confirmed and accepted by Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe".
Our cancellation policy
● No refunds, credits or transfers will be given for cancellations for scheduled programmes made within 5 working days of your programme commencement.
● If you cancel your booking 5 working days prior to the commencement of your scheduled programme, you will be refunded the amount paid less a $100 cancellation fee.
● No shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded, transferred or credited.
● We reserve the right to cancel/postpone programmes and will issue a full refund or credit note for that booking.
● We reserve the right to refuse bookings with no reason given.
Privacy Policy
· You authorize Mind Empowerment to collect, retain and use Personal Information provided as per the Privacy Act 2020
· The information supplied will be used for assessing credit worthiness, which will include but not limited to, information gathered from a credit reporting bureau and disclosing any payment default history to any third party.
Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
In accordance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 when you book a place on one of our programmes you are consenting to receive emails and marketing information from Mind Empowerment with Sonia. If at any time you do not wish to receive such emails you may unsubscribe from our database electronically or contact us in person to remove your details manually. We take spam issues very seriously so please contact us immediately if you change your email address.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the current Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe website prices, course details and Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the course and associated materials and services to you by Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe.
Variation
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a Director of Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe. In particular, no terms and conditions incorporated within your purchase, and nothing said by any person on behalf of Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any services offered for sale by Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe. Mind Empowerment with Sonia McIndoe shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
These Terms and Conditions may be varied at any time without notice
In short.......
When you book a webinar or programme, you accept and agree to our terms, conditions and booking policy set out in this document.
You are responsible for checking & reading your emails that you will receive from us.
You are responsible for organising yourself to turn up to the sessions you have booked on the day and at the advertised time for that session.
You will notify us if you wish to change or cancel your booking within the time frames outlined above. Refer to cancellation policy
We are a business, and every effort will be made to ensure that you are happy, however, we won't be able to bend these terms for explanations or excuses for not showing up to a session or cancelling your booking inside the times above.
If you have more questions about any of these Terms and Conditions please feel free to call us before you book your programme. We'd rather clarify things for you in the beginning rather than explain these terms again after the fact.........
Our booking policy is strict and we do not make exceptions to it.
These Terms are effective from 1 January 2025.
