I help the newly or struggling self-employed, independent salesperson, consultant or solopreneur navigate and survive the often choppy waters of working for oneself.
Beyond marketing consultation, beyond sales coaching, I help people dig much deeper into their business, their skillset and their available resources to help them map a plan based in reality not dreams or arbitrary goals.
When I do dig into the marketing, I challenge people to create or update their target (avatar) and defend why this is the best audience for the business. Only then can we examine the messaging. Is it authentic? Is it in the right voice? Who is delivering the message? At what point in the buyer's journey are they receiving it? By what medium? ... Ok, you get the point.
All of this work is done before we worry about the right marketing stack. But once the audience and message are dialed in, my team helps architect a sales flow and marketing automation stack that helps create consistent lead flow for my clients.
In addition to coaching solopreneurs I continue to consult to digital agencies like Object Edge, Startups and other businesses looking to reexamine what they say, to whom and why.
