The online acupuncture courses are approved by California and Florida. Once you’ve made your purchases we will send you the links to these courses.  Then proceeed to read the material and answer the sets of multiple-choice questions quiz at the end. If you have any good cases pertaining to the course, please submit them for teaching references. However, if you are not treating such cases, there is no case to submit. Follow the instructions before the questions page and email the answers to us. We will retain your answers and issue you the certificate upon satisfactory passing the quiz. If you did not pass the quiz you can do it as many times as you can until you pass.

(YOU HAVE ONE YEAR TO COMPLETE YOUR COURSE(S) AFTER REGISTRATION. AFTER ONE YEAR THE COURSE(S) WILL BECOME INVALID AND THERE IS NO REFUND.)

Simply email us or call us. We can send you the link or make adjustments. BUT PLEASE DO NOT FILE A DISPUTE. Doing so will cause further complication and delays.

If you sign up for an “X hours” online acupuncture course, per the approval process, you are supposed to spend “X” amount of hours. However, because this is a home study program, we do not keep track of your time. You keep track of the time you spend on the course.

The link to the course material is for a standard PDF format download. Please try to open it on another computer.

Yes, that is actually preferred BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT DATE OF COMPLETION PER COURSE NEXT TO THE TITLE OF THE COURSES. And all the courses answers can be submitted in just one email(Preferred as it saves time) but it is not advisable to do too many courses in a day as it may trigger an audit.

Upon satisfactory passing the quiz, the certificate will be issued to you within 2 business days.

The only state that we post the certificates for you is the Florida board. (Per FL. acupuncture law)

Any other state including the NCCAOM you would need to submit them yourself.

Refund Policy: You are entitled for a full refund within 10 days of purchase excluding certification.  If a certificate is issued then no refund will be given.

(IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE COURSE(S) FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT. THERE IS NO REFUND)
