Monica Douglas | Reflective Practice Supervisor, Companion, Coach & Transformational Mentor | Sacred Mirror
Deepen your practice. Strengthen your presence. Sustain yourself for the work you are called to do.
Hi, I’m Monica Douglas, founder of Sacred Mirror – Reflective Practice Companionship & Supervision and The Wild Wisdom Oracle.
I work with coaches, therapists, ministers, celebrants, yoga teachers, supervisors, leaders and other reflective practitioners whose work involves holding space for others.
I believe that the quality of our work is deeply connected to the quality of our presence – and that those who accompany, support and lead others also need places where they can be accompanied.
Through Sacred Mirror, I offer reflective practice supervision, companionship and mentoring: dedicated spaces to pause, reflect, listen deeply and discern what is right action for you in your work and life.
Our work together might explore your practice, your relationships with clients and colleagues, boundaries and ethical questions, transitions, confidence, capacity, vocation or the places where your professional and personal lives inevitably meet.
Rather than telling you what you should do, my role is to create the conditions in which you can hear yourself more clearly.
My approach brings together more than 25 years of professional and business development experience with my work as a relationship coach, transformational mentor, OneSpirit Interfaith Minister, tutor, supervisor, yoga teacher and facilitator.
I am trained and experienced across a range of approaches including Conscious Uncoupling®, Calling in “The One”, yoga, embodied movement, ceremony and spiritual accompaniment. My practice is also deeply informed by more than 25 years of personal development through The Reach Approach and by my own Wild Wisdom framework.
This creates an integrated approach to reflective practice that welcomes the body, heart, mind, spirit, relationships and environment into the conversation.
At the heart of Sacred Mirror is something I have come to understand as radical hospitality: creating enough space to welcome the whole of our experience, including the parts of ourselves we might otherwise judge, silence or leave outside the room.
I offer:
Reflective Practice Companionship – ongoing 1:1 supervision, mentoring and accompaniment.
Reflective Practice Supervision – individual and group spaces for practitioners to reflect on their work, relationships, responsibilities and growing edges.
Retreats and reflective spaces – opportunities to step away from everyday demands, deepen listening and allow something new to emerge.
Sacred Mirror is for people who understand that professional development is not simply about acquiring more tools.
It is also about continuing to become the person who uses them.
A place to pause. A place to be accompanied. A place to discern what is yours to do next.
Conscious Contribution
Conscious Contribution
A space to honour the work.
Thank you for being part of The Wild Wisdom community.
This page is an invitation to offer a conscious contribution—a way of honouring the time, energy, and heart that go into the work we share together.
Conscious contribution is not about fixed fees or financial pressure. It is rooted in trust, reciprocity, and the belief that we each know what feels right and possible in any given season. Whether through money, time, or other gifts, your contribution helps keep this work accessible, alive, and available to others who may need it most.
Suggested Contributions
To support your discernment, here is some guidance based on the type of offering:
-
Group Workshops: £100 – £300
-
Bespoke Ceremony: £300 - £1500
-
1:1 Coaching, Mentoring, or Supervision may also include additional support and resources in between sessions (30–90 mins): £100 – £500
- A general contribution of your choice to help others to access this work
These are suggestions, not requirements. What matters most is that your contribution feels aligned, meaningful, and honours the value you received.
Other Forms of Contribution and exchange
If a financial offering isn’t possible or doesn’t feel right at this time, there are other deeply valued ways to contribute:
-
Writing a testimonial about your experience
-
Making a referral to someone who may benefit from this work
-
Sharing an event or offering with your network
-
Hosting a conversation or co-creating a space in your community
-
Offering a skill, resource, or connection in the spirit of reciprocity
Why It Matters
Your conscious contribution is a powerful act of support and shared care. It helps us grow The Wild Wisdom ecosystem and reach those who are longing for soulful, embodied, and transformative spaces—especially those navigating change, relationship, and renewal.
Your presence and support are already a gift. Thank you for walking this path with me.
With love,
Monica & The Wild Wisdom
