What is your fee for consulting and training?

Tovani Design offers consultant services and training at a fee of $125/hour. The minimum training session is 2 hours with a maximum of 2 attendees per session. 

 If you need to make arrangements for a larger audience we can give you a quote. 

Training can be held at my office or yours. If you aren’t in Sacramento, that’s cool too. I can train you via Skype/Zoom – using screen-share. 

 The minimum training session is 2 hours. 

Maximum of 2 attendees per session.  Arrangements can be at an additional fee for larger audiences. 

Training cannot be carried out at a personal residence – online training is available, using video conference and screen share through Skype/Zoom – using screen-share. 

 For onsite training, at least one attendee must have a computer with a reliable internet connection.

Travel fee applies if you want me to come to your office – $80/hour – estimate of the trip time is given when you book your appointment. 

 Invoice is paid when you book your appointment. 

The client must give 24 hours notice to Tovani Design if they need to cancel, or they will incur a cancellation fee ($125 ) and the additional amount refunded. 

Sessions canceled within 4 hours of start time are nonrefundable. (Re-schedule is possible at the discretion of Tovani Design) 

Tovani Design will request login details to your WordPress site before your session.  If it looks like our training is not suitable for your site, we will cancel the appointment and refund your money. 

Training available for self-hosted WordPress websites only. WordPress.com assistance is not available. 

1/2 Hour Client Phone Check-In & Progress Meeting. 30 minutes. You can easily book time for calls and consultations. This system will charge you for any paid consultation time if you do not have a pre-paid package.
