When something is broken and it cannot wait, this is the session for you. Book this and we will respond within 3 hours during business hours to start working on your issue immediately. No need to wait for a scheduled time slot. We prioritize emergency bookings and get moving fast.

The Zoom may not be required. We will often begin diagnosing and working on the issue before a call is needed. A Zoom link is included so we can connect live if the situation calls for it.
