Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient healing energy originating in Japan. Translated reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. This energy is channelled during a healing session in a way that gently, and safely encourages your body and mind to relax and surrender to the messages your chakras (energy centres) are giving. The divine intelligence of Reiki awakens us to what is going on within ourselves; body, mind and soul, and sheds light on how it may also be affecting our outer world. Reiki reveals the healing that is needed to release, balance and restore chakra energies for greater wellness, inner peace and harmony. Reiki not only works on healing the symptoms of disease and disharmony but also brings a deeper healing of the cause of these symtpoms.
