Testimonials

Lauren is one of the most engaging people I have spoken with on a panel. She delivered an online menopause training session for senior managers that is easily the best DE&I training managers have had since we launched our DE&I programme.

I am not exaggerating in saying that despite being a sensitive topic, she managed to attract the largest audience we've had in the company for a DE&I event.

Lauren is extremely professional and invested a lot of time to understand Harbour Energy's requirement before tailoring a solution to suit our workforce.

I will highly recommend Lauren to any company serious about creating greater menopause awareness.

I had the pleasure to work with Lauren on one of our favourite in-person events this year, the Women in GRC Forum.

Lauren was our fabulous host for the entire conference - her professionalism and passion coming through, and the way she made everyone feel at ease and included was beautiful!

Would absolutely love to work with Lauren again and could not recommend her enough, she makes a fantastic public speaker with a brilliant touch from her Scottish accent!

It was a pleasure to attend the Employee Support Association Conference for British Transport Police yesterday.

I always learn a lot at these events.

All the guest speakers were amazing, but the last session really hit me.

The powerful delivery by Lauren Chiren had the whole room in silence.

The impact of not getting the right support for menopause is utterly devastating.

I don’t mind admitting that I was close to tears at one point as I reflected on the challenges during my childhood as a result of my mom’s menopause.

It’s often carved off as a ‘women’s issue’, well, it’s not. I am now armed with new insight and I will actively seek to support colleagues impacted by menopause.

Lauren truly is an outstanding woman who puts her time and effort into those willing to understand and invest in themselves and their colleagues during menopause. I have interviewed Lauren and through her own experience and skillset, find her one of the best experts around.
