Demonstrate your commitment to transformation by signing up for six sessions of one-on-one coaching exclusively tailored to your leadership context. Each month, your coach provides feedback and coaching on the ACTUAL conversations you're having with your team members.
How this works:
1. With permission of your team member, you record a dialogue where you're practicing the skills you learned in the workshop, and then share the file with your coach.
2. Your coach listens to the recording prior to your session.
3. During the Areté Acceleration session, you and your coach explore the progress you're making and your specific next steps in developing the mindset and skill set of a Leader of Areté.
This is where your transformation speeds up and how your new skill set gets fully embedded in the way you lead. Sign up now if you're ready to make the commitment to your lasting success and to the lasting success of your team.
