This Winter Solstice and New Moon, on December 21 at 7 pm Dubai time, join me for an online Life Scripting Breathwork Session to prepare yourself for a thriving 2026! 

In this group session, you will:

1. Learn what the energy of your personal year in 2026 is, and what it entails for you, helping you to write down all your goals based on that for the most potent outcome in the new year

2. Through incredibly powerful energy and breathwork Life Scripting practice, leave behind whatever doesn't serve you and cleanse yourself on a cellular, energy, mental, and emotional levels

3. And script your goals in your Book of Life in the Akashic Records, activating your subconscious mind, so it can help you reach those goals.

What you will need to prepare:

1. a yoga mat or a comfortable place to lie down
2. a medium-sized candle
3. 2 pieces of paper and a pen
4. incense of your choice (Palo Santo, sage, frankincense, etc.)
5. open mind :)

The session will be recorded, so don't stress if you can't make it on that day or would like to repeat this practice afterwards.
